终于开学咯！

终于要开学咯！真得很开心很兴奋，又可以见到各位久违的朋友了！！！
今天凌晨2点才从葫芦顶社区活动回来。。。睡没有几粒钟。。。就自己醒来了
可能使这几天都得那么早起的关系。。。真的是累倒像狗酱。。。

今天回家如果我还没有晕倒的话，就会开始把3天2夜葫芦顶之旅在这里和大家分享咯。
正在考试的各位，你们一定要加油加油加油（还在high着)!

越南特色河粉汤

偷懒了好一会儿，现在买了新电话，我终于要重出江湖了lol

今天虽然是星期六，但是还得教书，没办法咯，那群小朋友的考试要到了，只好多给他们一些时间帮帮他们咯，

瞧它们在做摹拟试卷时一付认真又逗趣的样子，明白我为什么那么喜欢“折磨”他们了吧：p

放学后呢，就到表妹介绍的一间餐厅吃午餐，是第二午餐lol,已经说过了我一天吃午餐的嘛。。。

就是这件，越南特色河粉汤，就在Sri Sinar很出名的板面旁边而已，听说历史已经很悠久了，但是我却没有去过。。。还是那么近的说。。。

先来一盘开胃菜，越南春卷，炸得很脆，里面包的是鸡肉和一些菜丝，和酱汁搭配起来刚刚好。



再来就是两碗河粉，我点了卤猪脚，可欣点了麻辣汤，都很不错哦。

吃饱了回家觉得懒懒的。。。倒上床就晕倒了，就这样没有去到gym...

I can fly~

Finally I "was" able to do the bird pose in Klevin's Balance class today, feel really glad n happy, as I see my improvement in such a short time duration. I used the word "was" as I couldn't do it again when I back at home >.< Maybe the body temperature is not high enough for this advance pose :p

For those who don't know what is a bird pose, this is a pic of it:

It mainly helps in building your abs strength and it has other benefits as well (couldn't remember right after Klevin told me :(

Just do it!

Firstly I would like you to sit down in front of a mirror and look at your face. Try not to start thinking about how you look, or whether your hair is brushed, but just look at yourself gently and calmly.

Soothingly repeat these words to yourself.

“I accept you” then breathe out and in.
“I believe in you” breathe out and in.
“And I love you that connects me to everyone and every thing” breathe out and in.

As you repeat these three sentences over and over keep looking at yourself in the mirror and feel these sentences mean in your heart.

F.I.R

好久好久没有听到F.I.R的歌了，还好刚刚妹妹有在看夏日八度演唱会，又可以在体会到他们刚出唱片时候的疯狂，记得那时是Bryan大力推荐的，他们的第一张专辑，几乎每首歌都好好听；还有接下来的“我要飞”和“Get High”真的都很棒，现在在为我的hard drive补歌中。。。

Finally proposed to boss that I wish to bring those kids to Petrosains yesterday, hopefully will get something positive on Monday, or else the kids will have to spend their holidays in the same place again. God bless them (actually I wanna go to Petrosains badly as well :P)

School Break coming soon

Not mine, but my little demons', wish to bring them for some outdoor activities like visiting to Petrosains and watching Ratatouille LOL but have to get my boss' approval 1st >.< Pity them have to study and tuition day and night la, so when there is a chance, let them have some fun and enjoy themselves.

It was Yang's birthday on last Sunday, and he asked me to watch Transformer(again) at night of the day before. So it is the 3rd time I watch the movie, still fantastic, still exciting, really love the movies, as friends who know me much know that I am really fancy about mechas, since young; every anime I watch sure have something to do with some mechas or robots :D Latest anime that I am still watching, Idol Master and Gullen Lagan!
